Bawan shareholders to elect board members on Sept. 25

Bawan Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term on Sept. 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also elect members of the audit committee for the same term.

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on amending board members remuneration policies.
