BinDawood Holding CEO steps down

BinDawood Holding Co.’s board of directors accepted the resignation tendered by Ahmad BinDawood from his post of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was submitted on Sept. 4 for personal reasons and took effect immediately.

 

BinDawood (non-executive) also resigned from the board membership and other committees, effective as of Sept. 4.

 

Any updates on appointing an acting or a new CEO will be duly announced, the company added.
