Northern Cement shareholders to elect new board members on Feb. 15

Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to elect new board members for the upcoming three-year term starting March 16, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated for Feb. 15.

 

They will also elect members of the audit committee for the same term and determine its tasks, work controls and members remuneration.

 

Shareholders will discuss appointing Ahmed Al-Obaid as an independent board member, in place of former member Abdul Rahman Al-Obeid.

 

The e-voting on agenda items will start from Feb. 12 via Tadawulaty services.
