Saudi Arabia plans to establish conciliation center for disputes with commercial entities

The Consumer Protection Association (CPA) intends to establish a reconciliation center for consumer disputes with commercial entities, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

CPA cooperates with the private sector through granting certificates of compliance to the establishments that meet its conditions. In addition, it trained more than 1,200 employees in the private sector on the consumer protection basics and rights.
