Tadawul trading screen
Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) rose 0.3%, or 40 points, between Eid Al-Adha holidays of 2023 and 2024.
The benchmark index closed the last session before Eid Al-Adha holiday, on June 13, at 11,499 points, compared with 11,459 points in the same period a year earlier.
TASI declined nearly 4% or 468 points since the beginning of 2024 and until Eid Al-Adha holiday.
The market will reopen on June 23.

On stock performance during the same period, 102 listed companies reported increases, while 107 companies registered declines.
Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) led the gainers, surging 277%. It was followed by Electrical Industries Co. with 232%. The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF), Saudi Chemical Holding Co., Al Rajhi Co. for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful), and Arabian Pipes Co. saw jumps, ranging between 188% and 199%.

The blue chips showed varied performance, with Al Rajhi Bank jumping 8%. Meanwhile, Saudi Aramco, Saudi National Bank (SNB), Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC), and Saudi Telecom Co. (stc) declined by percentages ranging between 4% and 17%.
ACWA Power was the top gainer, soaring 99%, followed by Elm Co. with 41%. Meanwhile, Riyad Bank topped the list of declining companies with a decrease of 27%.
