CMA licenses Apex FundRock to conduct securities business

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced licensing Apex FundRock Investment Co. to conduct managing activity in the securities business, the market regulator said in a statement today, Oct. 2.
 
The decision came as the company finalized the commencements of business requirements, as per the CMA decision dated Jan. 15, 2024.
