Chemanol OGM elects board members for 4-year term

Methanol Chemicals Co.'s (Chemanol) shareholders gave the go-ahead for electing board members for a four-year term starting Nov. 12, 2024, according to a Tadawul statement.


The approval was during the ordinary general meeting held on Oct. 31.

The elected members are Fares Al-Rajhi, Abdullah Al-Qahtani, Fahd Al-Emran, Abdul Aziz Al-Shamekh, Sultan Al-Khamshi, Yousif Al Rajhi, Hani Al-Saleh, Sabri Al-Ghamdi, and Abdullah Al-Znaedi.
