Almujtama Alraida says major shareholder to transfer stake to partners

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. received on Dec. 22 a letter from Khabeer Althanyia Investment Co., a major shareholder, announcing intention to distribute and deposit its 630,673 shares in Almujtama Alraida, representing 6.64% of capital, in the investment portfolios of its current partners.

This will result in a change in the list of Almujtama Alraida’s major shareholders, according to a statement to Tadawul.
