Saudi Arabia offers ‘best’ investment opportunity: BlackRock President

Saudi Arabia offers the best investment opportunity, said Robert Kapito, President of BlackRock.

“If Saudi Arabia were a company, and I were looking for an opportunity to invest my money, I would invest in the Kingdom confidently,” he said, adding, “Saudi Arabia is the best investment opportunity I've seen in my career.” 

In a panel session during the FII Priority Summit Miami 2025, Kapito indicated that Saudi Arabia offers an opportunity for exceptional returns.

The Kingdom realized its future lies not in the oil sector but in the energy and technology sectors, which is the core of Saudi Arabia's present vision.

The mission now is to identify the companies and sectors ripe for investments, he said.

“Visiting Saudi Arabia is what truly makes one a real investor,” said Kapito, highlighting the Saudi officials’ enthusiasm, positive energy, and ambition.

He pointed out that BlackRock believes it can generate long-term return potential through building a massive office in the Kingdom, which will place it ahead of its competitors.
