Buruj shareholders elect new board members

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders elected new board members for the next three- year term, starting March 9, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Feb. 26, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 
These members are Yasser Naghi, Ahmed Al Marzouqi, Adel Al-Somoom, Sultan Al-Rashed and Ziad Al Bassam among others, the statement added.
