Raydan Food Co.’s board of directors appointed, on May 21, Nair Al Sulami as Chairman, Sultan Al Howymel as Vice Chairman, and Abdullah Al Alawi as Board Secretary for the new term ending in May 2029.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board decided to form the following committees, each consisting of three members: the Audit Committee, the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the Governance and Risk Committee, and the Executive Committee.

 

The company further stated that Nair Al Sulami (Chairman) and Khalil Abu Fadel (CEO) were appointed as the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for all matters related to the implementation of regulations and rules.
