Lumi pens framework agreement with NUPCO

Lumi Rental Co. signed today, June 2, a framework agreement with National Unified Procurement Medical Supplies Co. (NUPCO) for the provision of medical supplies transportation services.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the deal value may exceed 5% of its total revenue, based on the audited annual financial statement for 2024, depending on the purchase orders to be issued by NUPCO during the agreement term.

The non-exclusive framework agreement governs the provision of transportation services for medical supplies, including vehicles with drivers, moving & handling equipment, from NUPCO’s warehouses and affiliated locations to healthcare facilities across the Kingdom, according to the statement.

Lumi also indicated that the two-year deal is extendable for an equal term/terms, subject to mutual agreement.

This is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial statements starting from the Q3 2025. There are no related parties to the deal.

According to data available with Argaam, Lumi’s revenues amounted to about SAR 1.54 billion in 2024.
