The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved Alinma Capital Co.’s request to offer units of the Alinma Nomu Market Equity Fund through a public offering.
In a statement, the CMA warned that making an investment decision without carefully reading the fund’s terms and conditions (T&Cs) or fully reviewing their content may involve high risks.
Investors are urged to thoroughly read the T&Cs, which include detailed information on the fund, its investment strategy, and associated risk factors. If the T&Cs are difficult to understand, the CMA recommends consulting a licensed financial advisor.
The regulator emphasized that its approval of the offering should not be construed as a recommendation to invest. It only indicates that the legal requirements under the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.
