Additional Information The eligibility of dividends distribution shall be for the shareholders who own shares at the end of the trading day, Thursday,7-8-2025, and are registered in the Company’s share registry at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

 

 

We would like to draw the attention of the non-resident foreign investors that cash dividends distribution which is transferred by the resident financial broker is subject to withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of income tax law and Article (63) of its implementing regulation.

 

The company urges its shareholders to expedite updating their data and ensure that their bank accounts numbers are linked with their investment portfolios to ensure their dividends are deposited in their accounts without delay.
