Bank AlJazira said value and term of sukuk offer will be decided on market conditions
Bank AlJazira announced the start of issuing USD-denominated additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital sukuk under its AT1 capital sukuk issuance program.

In a statement to Tadawul, the bank said the value as well as the terms of the sukuk offer will be determined at a later stage based on market conditions.

The bank will announce any other relevant material developments in due course as required by the relevant laws and regulations.
The certificates will be listed on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market and may be sold in reliance on Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended, the statement said.
Meanwhile, Bank AlJazira noted that the offering end date referred to above is the expected date of the end of the offering, and is subject to market conditions.
