National Company for Learning and Education's (NCLE) board of directors approved on Oct. 1 a project to establish Tarbyh Namouthajiyah schools complex, with a capacity of around 3,300 students, on a plot in the Dhahrat Laban district of Riyadh.

In a statement to Tadawul, NCLE said the project’s total estimated cost is SAR 64 million, covering construction, air-conditioning, elevators, a theater, furnishing, IT equipment, and other facilities.

The project will be financed through a mix of internal resources and bank facilities.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2025/26, with completion expected in Q3 2026/27.

The main contractor for construction and finishing works is Legend Projects Contracting Co., while multiple suppliers will later be contracted for furnishing and equipping the complex.

The project is expected to start contributing to the company’s financial results once operations begin in Q1 2027/28.

NCLE noted that the investment aligns with its strategy to expand and grow its student base, supporting sustainable growth and returns.

According to data available with Argaam, NCLE signed a land lease contract in June with Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC) for the Dhahrat Laban plot to develop and operate an educational complex.
