Almujtama Medical signs exclusive commercial distribution deal with GSS Marketing, Badayat Al-Amal

Almujtama Alraida Medical Co. signed an exclusive commercial distribution agreement with the Turkish company GSS Marketing and Foreign Trade and Badayat Al-Amal for Trading Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.

Baayat Al-Amal is the official and authorized agent of the Turkish company within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and represents it and works in its name and for its benefit within the Kingdom, the company added.

Under the agreement, Almujtama Medical will undertake the sale, marketing and distribution of the products specified in the agreement and belonging to the Turkish company GSS within Saudi Arabia, with Badayat Al-Amal committing to ensure that GSS fulfills all its obligations towards Almujtama Medical, in addition to its responsibility for marketing the products covered by the agreement.

The agreement will be valid is for a period of eight years, divided into two operational phases.

According to Argaam’s data, Almujtama Medical signed, on Oct. 7, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Badayat Al-amal For Trading, based on the two parties' desire to leverage each other’s capabilities.
