Academy of Learning board approves 10% cash dividend for H1 2025/26

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) said its board approved on Feb. 8 the distribution of cash dividends at 10% of capital, or SAR 0.10 per share, for the first half of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

According to Argaam data, the company’s extraordinary general assembly approved last January a 50% capital increase through a one-for-two-bonus share distribution by capitalizing SAR 45 million from retained earnings.

It also approved the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at 10% of capital (SAR 0.10 per share) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
