Shares of Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rashed & Sons Co. is trading today, March 11, within the range of SAR 47.6-54.2/share on the Main Market (TASI), compared to the listing price of SAR 45.

 

The stock has witnessed active trading on nearly 1.7 million shares in more than 8,000 transactions at a total value of SAR 86 million, as of now.

 

Saleh Al Rashed began trading on TASI today under the symbol 1324 and ISIN Code SA16H0MGKM14.

 

The stock will trade with ±30% daily and ±10% static price fluctuation limits on the first three days. Starting the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply.

 

The company offered 5.58 million shares on TASI, representing 30% of its SAR 186 million capital, divided into 18.6 million shares at a par value of SAR 10 each.

 

The retail IPO was 161% covered, based on the 1.67 million shares allocated to retail investors, representing 30% of the offering.

 

Meanwhile, the institutional IPO was 67.7x covered.
