Riyad REIT Fund trades ex-dividend today, April 8.

 

Fund manager Riyad Capital earlier announced a cash dividend at 1.6% of capital, or SAR 0.16 per unit, to unitholders, for H2 2025.

 

The dividend will be paid within 15 days from the record date.
