Saudi Kayan postpones general assembly meeting on low quorum

Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company was forced to postpone its general assembly meeting on Wednesday due to lack of quorum, according to its statement to Tadawul, Saudi Arabia’s bourse. 
 
The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after receiving approval from relevant authorities.
