Cityland Group to build first nature-inspired mall in Dubai

Cityland Group will launch an AED 1.1 billion mall complex next to Dubai’s Global Village by the second quarter of 2018.

 

In a statement, the company said Cityland Mall will have 1.13 million square feet of retail area, a botanical garden at its center, and more than 350 retail stores.

 

The complex will include a mini-version of the group’s existing Miracle Garden attraction, an ancient tree garden, a Japanese Garden and a 360-degree rooftop garden flanked by cafes and restaurants.

 

The mall expects to see an annual footfall of up to 12 million visitors.
