Aldawaa reappoints Samir Abdulhadi as Chairman, Ibrahim Alrowais as Vice Chairman

Aldawaa Medical Services Co. said its newly elected board of directors decided on June 6 to reappoint Samir Abdulhadi as Chairman and Ibrahim Alrowais as Vice Chairman.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also formed the nomination and remuneration committee, comprising Mansour Al-Sagheer as Chairman, as well as Ibrahim Alrowais and Hamad Al-Hudhaily as members.

The board also appointed a secretary to the board and designated the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

In addition, Aldawaa said the audit committee was formed pursuant to a board resolution dated June 6, 2026, with details to be disclosed separately in accordance with regulations governing announcements by listed companies.

The appointments and committee formations take effect from the start of the board’s new four-year term, which runs from June 6, 2026, to June 5, 2030.
