Alhokair Group establishes Newrest Catering Services

Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) completed the establishment of Newrest Catering Services Co., a limited liability company specializing in catering, site and facility management and remote facility management, with a capital of SAR 100,000.

Alhokair Group owns 50% of Newrest Catering Services’ shares, while the remaining 50% is owned by Newrest, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The new company will begin its operations from the date of incorporation, the statement added.

In January, Alhokair Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Newrest Group to establish a Saudi Arabia-based company operating in airline and inflight catering, airport lounges, as well as remote site and facility management services, according to data available on Argaam.
