Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) shareholders are set to vote on amending Article 2 of the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for Nov. 5, according to a Tadawul statement.

The amendment relates to changing the company’s name to BAAN Holding Group Co., the statement added.
