Alhokair Group OKs rebranding to BAAN Holding

Shareholders of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group) approved on Nov. 5 rebranding to BAAN Holding Group Co.

The shareholders also approved amending Article 2 of the company’s bylaws during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), according to a statement to Tadawul.
