BAAN inks consulting deal with Rafen Real Estate for hotel development project

BAAN Holding Group Co. signed a strategic consulting alliance with Rafen Real Estate Co. for an upcoming hotel development project in Riyadh.

Under the agreement, BAAN will oversee the development and future operations of an upper-upscale four-star hotel and deluxe hotel apartments in East Riyadh's rapidly growing Al-Munsiyah District, the company said in a statement.

It will also provide advisory services across concept design, project planning, pre-opening strategy, and operational guidance, ensuring the hotel property meets international standards of excellence.

The project is poised to become a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
