Edaa implements capital hike for BAAN

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented, today, May 10, a capital increase for eligible shareholders of BAAN Holding Group Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.

According to Argaam data, last month the company’s general assembly approved the acquisition of real estate assets from Al Oula Real Estate Development Co. This was through a capital increase of SAR 65.58 million, by issuing 65.58 million ordinary shares.
