Additionally, the audit committee was formed during the meeting, chaired by Saleh Al-Quraysha and included Hattan Al-Qahtani and Nawaf Al-Eidan as members.

The nominations and remuneration committee was formed with Latifa bint Abdulrahman Al-Hudaib as Chairwoman in addition to Faisal Al-Omran and Abdulaziz Al-Omair as members.

The board also named the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.

The secretary of the board was named for the current session, the statement added.
