Budget Saudi shareholders approve amending bylaws

United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) shareholders approved amending the company’s bylaws to comply with the new Companies Law.

The approval came during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 24, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved amending the regulations of the nominations and remuneration committee as well as the audit committee, the statement added.
