CMA approves Budget Saudi's capital top-up to SAR 781M

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the application from United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) to increase its capital from SAR 771 million to SAR 781 million via a bonus issue, the market regulator said in a statement today, May 13.  

 

The capital top-up is aimed at Budget Saudi's acquisition of Al-Jazira Equipment Co. Ltd. (AutoWorld).
