Budget Saudi names Ibrahim Almojel Chairman, Abdulwahab Albetari Deputy

United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) board of directors appointed Ibrahim Almojel (Independent member) as Chairman and Abdulwahab Albetari as Deputy Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board also approved the formation of the audit, remuneration and nominations, as well as executive committees, as well as the appointment of the board's secretary.
