Budget Saudi OKs 20% capital hike, dividend

United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) general assembly approved on Thursday a 20 percent capital hike to SAR 610.0 from SAR 508.3 million through the issue of 1:5 bonus shares.

 

It is also approved a 15 percent cash dividend at the rate of SAR 1.5 per share for the fiscal year 2015, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul, on Sunday.
