Edaa implements securities quantity increase on eXtra

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) increased today, Oct. 10, the quantity of shares in the accounts of United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) eligible shareholders, according to a bourse filing.

eXtra’s shareholders approved a capital increase by SAR 200 million, or 33.33%, from SAR 600 million to SAR 800 million, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Oct. 5, Argaam earlier reported.
