United Electronics Co. (eXtra) board of directors approved today, Dec. 20, the resignation of board member Khalid Malik Al Ghalib Al Sharif, effective as of today, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The resignation, which was submitted on Dec. 12, was due to personal reasons, the company added.
