eXtra shareholders to vote on interim dividends for 2023 on May 1

United Electronics Co. (eXtra) shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends quarterly or semi-annually for 2023, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for May 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Other agenda items include voting on the dividends distributed for the first half of 2022 totaling SAR 2.5 per share, 25% of the company’s capital, at a total amount of SAR 150 million.
