eXtra shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) shareholders approved the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term beginning May 13, 2024.

The approval took place during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 9, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The newly-elected members are Jasser Al-Jasser, Mohamed Fahmi, Ali Faramawi, Fawzan Al-Fawzan, Hazem Al-Sheikh Mubarak, Abdul Latif Al-Fawzan, Fahd Al-Mansour, Youssef Al-Quraishi, and Adel Merheb.

Moreover, shareholders also approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2024.
