| Announcement Detail | The National Gas and Industrialization Holding Company is pleased to announce to its esteemed shareholders the start of electronic voting on the items of the Ordinary general assembly meeting, which will be held, God willing, at 7:30 pm on Tuesday 25/11/1447 H, corresponding to 12/05/2026 G, through modern technological means using the Tadawulaty system.
Electronic voting will be available to registered shareholders on the Tadawulaty services website, starting at 01:00 am on Friday 21 /11/ 1447 H, corresponding to 08/05/2026 G, until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly.
