Jabal Omar Development Co. appointed on Nov. 2 Mazen Fawaz Baghdadi, an independent board member, to the Audit Committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The appointment is effective from the date of this resolution until the end of the current board session on June 29, 2024.
