Jabal Omar announces liquidation of Aliyat Marketing, merges activities

Jabal Omar Development Co. announced liquidating its subsidiary, Aliyat Marketing Co., a single-person closed joint-stock company wholly owned by the company with a capital of SAR 5.6 million.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the activities of Aliyat were merged into Jabal Omar.

There is no significant financial impact expected from the voluntary liquidation of Aliyat, the statement added.
