Jabal Omar liquidates Warifat Hospitality, integrates ops

Jabal Omar Development Co. announced the liquidation of Warifat Hospitality Co., a 90% Jabal Omar-owned limited liability company and 10% owned by Eaglewing Hospitality Services Co., with SAR 15 million capital, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The operations and activities of Warifat Hospitality have been integrated into Jabal Omar, it added.

Therefore, it is not expected that there will be any material financial impact resulting from the liquidation, Jabal Omar stated.
