Jabal Omar Development Co. extended a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) back in February 22 to study building a new passenger terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Taif Regional Airport.

The MoU was extended for one year ending on February 22, 2019, under the same conditions, the real estate developer said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

Mansour Rashid Al Bosaily, who serves as a board member in the two companies, is a related party, the statements added.

The agreement aims to improve services for pilgrims in Makkah.
