Financing term is nine months from drawdown, JAZADCO says
Jazan Development and Investment Co. (JAZADCO) renewed a Shariah-compliant working capital facility worth SAR 15 million with Arab National Bank (ANB).
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the financing term is nine months from the drawdown, and the amount is guaranteed by a promissory note and a real estate mortgage.
The credit is planned to be used as direct financing for the purchase of materials, tools, equipment, aquaculture ponds, inventory to support aquaculture and agriculture operations, against invoices approved by the bank.
No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
