Merrill Lynch KSA to provide market-making services for Jazadco, Salama

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) approved a request by Merrill Lynch KSA to conduct market-making activities on Jazan Development and Investment Co. (Jazadco) and Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. starting tomorrow, Aug. 5.
For both companies, market-maker obligations include maintaining a 50% minimum order presence, a SAR 50,000 minimum order size, a 2% max price spread, with no minimum value threshold applied.
Tadawul noted that Merrill Lynch KSA is committed to adhere to the established market-making rules and procedures.
