Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) has appointed Ahmed Mohammed Al Sanea as a Chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse filing.
The company’s board also named Majed Al Essa as a Vice Chairman and Bodour Bint Nasser as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The board accepted the resignation of CEO Mohammed Abdullah Mohammed AlManea, effective as of June 16, 2019.
The executive and investment committee as well as nomination and numeration committee were also formed during the board’s meeting.
The company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) as well as the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) were also named.
