Maharah shareholders authorize board to pay 2025 interim dividends

Maharah Human Resources Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semiannual or quarterly basis for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The approval came during the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 25.
