Makkah Construction plans auction to lease shops in Jan. 2020

Makkah Construction and Development Co (MCDC) will hold an auction on Jan. 6-7, 2020 to lease some shops - the first phase - at MCDC Center, adjacent to the Grand Mosque, the company said in a bourse statement.

Potential tenants are required to submit their applications by Thursday, Dec. 26.

The deal will have a positive financial impact on the company’s shareholders, the statement added
