Makkah Construction board chairman resigns

Makkah Construction and Development Co. board of directors accepted today, Oct. 24, the resignation of Abdulrahman Abdulqader Fakieh as non-executive board member and chairman of the company, effective as of today, Oct. 24, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The resignation, which was submitted on Oct. 18, was due to his health condition, the developer added.
