Makkah Construction appoints Hamza Serafi as Vice Chairman

Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) announced the appointment of Hamza Serafi as the company’s Vice Chairman, adding that his position as Managing Director was cancelled. 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the appointment will continue until the end of the current board term, which ends on June 9, 2023.  

This was in accordance with the board of directors’ minutes of meeting dated Dec. 5, the statement added.
