Makkah Construction unable to publish short Hijri FY financials for additional 15 days

Makkah Construction and Development Co. (MCDC) will not be able to publish the annual financial results for the fiscal year (FY) ended Dhul Qadah 14, 1443, corresponding to June 13, 2022, (the short Hijri FY) for an additional 15 days.
In a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 6, the developer said the auditor did not complete the required audit process to date.
On Nov. 10, MCDC expected to publish the short Hijri FY results within 10 days. On Nov. 21, it again projected to publish these financials within two weeks.
